She takes time to ensure we are all doing the correct techniques to avoid injury, and offers alternative moves to suit different abilities and fitness levels. The thing I love about Grayce’s classes is that every week is something different and the music is of all genres so there is something for everyone. New music, new routines or new moves to try. Grayce not only helps us with our fitness but also gives us advice on health and nutrition too.
