Hey guys! I'm Sarah, I've been a PT since 2008 having lost over 3.5 stone myself. I teach Fight Klub concepts both on and off of the bag and have been part of the FK Family since 2016 (although attended as a participant for years before qualifying).
I also specialise in fat loss-particularly the relationship with food, cardiac rehabilitation, aerobics and step as well as pre and post natal exercise.
